Are you an experienced team lead in greenhouse production? A well-established tomato and cucumber producer on Norway's Southwest Coast in Jæren is looking for a Greenhouse Supervisor to join one of its teams.

We offer

  • Permanent, full-time contract

  • NOK 250–280/hour + Norwegian pension and holiday pay

  • Start date: As soon as possible

  • Housing and moving assistance

  • Bureaucracy support

  • Predictable working hours and work-life balance

  • Location: Norway's Southwest Coast - Jæren, Rogaland

Your Role

  • Help the Department Manager plan and coordinate daily work

  • Lead and follow up the team, including seasonal workers

  • Keep production running with good quality and efficiency

  • Step in as deputy for the Manager during absence

Requirements

  • 5+ years of greenhouse experience (tomatoes/cucumbers preferred).

  • Strong team leadership skills.

  • Fluent in English or Norwegian (written & spoken).

  • Valid driver’s license (plus)
