Lamb cutters wanted in Norway

Exciting Opportunity! We’re looking for skilled lamb cutters to join our team! If you have the skills and love working with quality meat, we want to hear from you!

Full-time jobs starting as soon as possible

💰 What we offer

  • Salary: 285 NOK/hour (gross)

  • All tools and materials are provided free of charge by the factory

  • Access to factory-priced meat products

  • Contract Duration: Initially until mid December 2026

  • Location: Hellesylt

  • 12% holiday pay

  • Subsidised accommodation workers (4000 NOK/month)

  • Relocation support: Initial travel assistance can be arranged (cost deducted gradually from salary)

  • Safe working environment with full on-site training provided

🔧 Job tasks

  • Full Deboning: Skilled deboning of lamb or pork

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and animal welfare rules

🎯 What we are looking for

  • Professional experience in industrial deboning and cutting

  • Physically strong and used to manual work

  • Reliable and able to work in a team

  • Basic English is required

  • EU or EEA passport, or a valid right to work in Europe
