🔪 Job tasks

• Cutting and portioning beef according to production requirements

• Deboning different beef cuts

• Breaking down carcasses into primal and secondary cuts

• Trimming meat and removing excess fat, bones and connective tissue

• Preparing products for packing and further processing

• Using knives and other production equipment safely and efficiently

• Following food safety, hygiene, quality and animal welfare procedures

• Keeping the work area and equipment clean and organised

🎯 What we are looking for

• Professional experience in beef cutting and deboning

• Good knowledge of meat cuts, trimming and production procedures

• Experience working in an industrial meat production environment is an advantage

• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual work

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

• Reliable, responsible and able to work as part of a team

• Basic English is required; Norwegian is an advantage

• EU or EEA passport, or a valid right to work in Europe
