Pork cuters wanted in Rogaland (Norway)

Exciting Opportunity! We’re looking for skilled pork cutters to join our team in the lovely Rogaland area! If you have the skills and love working with quality meat, we want to hear from you!

Full-time jobs starting as soon as possible

💰 What we offer

  • Salary: 225,96-258 NOK/hour (gross)

  • All tools and materials are provided free of charge by the factory

  • Subsidised hot meals are available daily in the canteen

  • Access to factory-priced meat products

  • Contract Duration: Initially until December 2026

  • Location: near Nærbø

  • 12% holiday pay

  • 2% pension contribution

  • Subsidised accommodation workers (6000 NOK/month)

  • Relocation support: Initial travel assistance can be arranged (cost deducted gradually from salary)

  • Safe working environment with full on-site training provided

🔧 Job tasks

  • Full Deboning: Skilled deboning of pork (ideally different parts)

  • Primal Cutting: Breaking down carcasses into high-value primal and secondary cuts.

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and animal welfare rules

🎯 What we are looking for

  • Professional experience in industrial pork deboning and cutting

  • Physically strong and used to manual work

  • Reliable and able to work in a team

  • Basic English is required

  • EU or EEA passport, or a valid right to work in Europe
