Slaughterhouse workers

Slaughterhouse workers needed (beef & pork) – Norway Full-time | Housing | Relocation support

We usually respond within three days

We are looking for slaughterhouse workers to join one of our clients in Rogaland.
Full-time jobs for experienced slaughtermen starting in June.

💰 What we offer

  • Competitive salary: 264 NOK/hour (gross) + performance-based bonus (up to 120NOK/h)

  • All tools and materials are provided free of charge by the factory

  • Subsidised hot meals are available daily in the canteen

  • Access to factory-priced meat products

  • Stable, long-term employment in Norway

  • Location: near Sandness

  • 25 days of paid vacation + 12% holiday pay

  • Subsidised accommodation workers (5000 NOK/month)

  • Relocation support: Initial travel assistance can be arranged (cost deducted gradually from salary)

  • Safe working environment with full on-site training provided

🔧 Job tasks

  • Experience with at least 2 types of meat:
    - (Beef & pork / Beef & lamb / Pork & lamb)

  • Work on slaughter line (cattle, pig, or lamb)

  • Skinning with a knife (cattle hind legs)

  • Experience with a skinning machine is a plus

  • Willing to help on the clean side (pig line) when needed

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and animal welfare rules

🎯 What we are looking for

  • Experience working in a slaughterhouse (both with cattle and pork)

  • Able to skin cattle and lamb or pork with a knife, and with a skinning machine

  • Physically strong and used to manual work

  • Reliable and able to work in a team

  • Basic English is required

  • EU or EEA passport, or a valid right to work in Europe
