Production Workers – Meat Industry

Excellent opportunities for skilled Factory workers (pork/beef meat cutters, trimmers, meat packers, debonners and slaughterhouse workers).

We are looking for skilled and experienced meat production workers in Norway (pork meat cutters, trimmers, meat packers, debonners, and slaughterhouse workers).

💰We offer:

  • Hourly pay ranges from NOK 260-420 gross, based on experience and type of meat.

  • +Bonus + extra hours

  • 12% additional holiday pay

  • Stable, full-time employment

  • Subsidised accommodation available (paid by the worker, at a lower cost than the private market)

  • Support with mandatory registrations (D-number, tax card, etc.)

  • Transportation to work arranged

  • Long-term opportunities for reliable and consistent workers

✔️Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and maintain steady performance

  • Proven experience

  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail

  • English communication skills

  • EU citizenship required

  • A short video showing your skills is highly appreciated

  • A valid driver's license is an advantage
