We are looking for a People & Growth Associate who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and contributing to a team that is growing and improving every month.
You’ll be joining a company where processes are evolving, and there is room to shape how we work, without unrealistic expectations, and always with support.
This role combines recruitment, people operations, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities at a comfortable pace.
You won’t be expected to “do everything”; you will be part of a team, contribute where you add value, and gradually take on more as you feel ready.
💼 What you’ll do
- Support the recruitment of technicians, engineers and industrial workers.
- Speak with candidates, screen profiles, and coordinate the interview process.
- Assist with simple BD tasks (email outreach, follow-ups, maintaining lead lists).
- Help prepare campaigns and communications through our marketing tools.
- Keep processes organised and contribute ideas to improve how we work.
- Adapt to changes as the company grows, always with guidance and a clear direction.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds.
- You will receive a structured onboarding during your first weeks.
👉Who you are
- Early-career but proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
- You like variety and enjoy a mix of admin, communication, and people-focused tasks.
- You’re comfortable adjusting when processes improve or evolve.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
- Norwegian is a big advantage.
- Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or Romanian are nice-to-have.
- You connect easily with others and keep a constructive, positive attitude.
- Open to working on-site in the Jæren region (Bryne/Nærbø/Stavanger area).
- If relocating, you can start remotely for a short period until you settle.
💙 Why join us
- A multicultural, supportive team :) people who help, share, and respect each other.
- Housing benefit to help with relocation.
- Gym membership included.
- A flexible, healthy working culture where balance is encouraged.
- Clear development opportunities in recruitment, BD, and people operations.
- Real impact: your work helps candidates build a new life in Norway.
- Live in one of Norway’s most beautiful regions, with beaches, nature, and a great quality of life.
- We respond to all applicants within 3–5 working days.
- No sales pressure: BD tasks are light and guided.
If any of these resonate with you, we would love to hear from you, so don't hesitate to apply! 🚀
