Client Development Associate

We are looking for a Client Development Associate who enjoys building relationships and is comfortable holding professional conversations in Norwegian.
We are a recruitment agency specialised in technical profiles for the agri-food industry in Norway. As our client base continues to grow, we need more support on the client side of the business, with a strong focus on direct communication with Norwegian-speaking companies.
You will join a growing company where processes are still developing, expectations are realistic, and support is always available. There is room to influence how we work, with clear guidance and structure.
This role is well-suited for someone early to mid-career who wants to build confidence in client communication and understand how recruitment and business development work together. You will not be expected to do everything. You will be part of a team and take on responsibility step by step.
💼 What you’ll do
Speak with potential clients in Norwegian and build professional relationships
Reach out to companies by phone email, and LinkedIn
Follow up leads and keep client information organised
Support the growth of our client portfolio in Norway
Support recruitment tasks when needed, such as speaking with candidates and coordinating interviews
Help prepare outreach and communication together with marketing
Keep processes clear and structured as the company grows
Work closely with colleagues from different backgrounds
Receive structured onboarding during your first weeks
👉 Who are you
Comfortable holding professional conversations in Norwegian, this is required
Confident speaking with new people and starting conversations
Experience from sales, customer service, or business development is a plus
Fluent in English, as internal communication is in English
Other languages are a bonus
Reliable, organised, and professional in your communication
Open to working on site in the Jæren area (Bryne)
If relocating, you can start remotely for a short period :)
