We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join one of our clients in the Jæren region (Nærbø).
Full-time, long-term roles in modern Norwegian factories.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Mechanical repairs and maintenance of production machinery

• Preventive and corrective maintenance

• Troubleshooting (mechanical, sensors, conveyors, pneumatics/hydraulics)

• Supporting production teams to reduce downtime

• Ensuring safe and hygienic work standards

• Working with electricians, automation techs and production staff

🎯 Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician in industrial or food production

• Strong mechanical understanding

• Practical, hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills

• Physically fit and reliable

• English skills (Norwegian is a plus)

• EU/EEA citizenship or valid right to work in Norway

🎯 Kvalifikasjoner

• Erfaring som vedlikeholdstekniker i industri eller næringsmiddel

• God mekanisk forståelse

• Praktiske ferdigheter i feilsøking og reparasjon

• Pålitelig og i god fysisk form

• Engelskkunnskaper (norsk er et pluss)

• EU/EØS-borger eller gyldig arbeidstillatelse i Norge
