About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Independent Recruitment Agent based in Norway to partner with our dynamic team sourcing personnel to work in the construction industry in Norway. This role involves sourcing and attracting staff to meet the hiring demands of various construction positions in Norway. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through various online and offline channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and compatibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential hires.
• Manage and update candidate databases and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the food industry, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• In-depth understanding of the local food industry and job market.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and social media platforms.
